1. No Refunds for Digital Products:

Refunds for consulting services are only eligible under the following conditions:
- *Cancellation*: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund.
- *Technical Issues*: If we are unable to provide the consulting service due to technical issues on our end, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling of the session at no additional cost.
- *No-Show*: If you do not attend the scheduled consulting session and did not cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window, you will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Method of Refund:
Eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account. If you paid via credit card, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the purchase.

4. Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

- Less than 24-Hour Notice: If you cancel or request to reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled session, you will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling may be considered at the company’s discretion and may incur additional fees.
- No-Show: If you do not attend the scheduled session and did not cancel or reschedule within the required 24-hour notice period, the session will be considered a "No-Show," and you will forfeit the payment for that session. No refund or rescheduling will be provided.

To cancel or reschedule a consulting session, please contact our customer support team at info@pjmediaconsulting.com with your appointment details. We will confirm the cancellation or rescheduling and provide further instructions if applicable.

4. Company-Initiated Cancellations:
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a consulting session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, emergencies). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund.
